What means trans?

Transgender people are people whose gender identity differs from the gender they were assigned at birth.

Female-to-male, or trans men, are men that were assigned female at birth and transitioned to male.

A person that doesn‘t identify with the gender binary, so neither as a man nor a woman.

stealth

Trans person who lives as the gender they identify with but prefers to keep their trans status private.

passing

Being acknowledged as the gender a person identifies with.

mastectomy

Or "top surgery“, a surgery a transmasculine person can choose to have, in which his breasts are removed and a male chest is reconstructed.

binder

A garment that flattens the chest to conceal breasts, before top surgery has taken place.

packer

A prosthetic penis.

testosterone

Or "T" in short, the male hormone that transmasculine people can take in order to achieve a more male appearance.
